This device help pet owners to provide cleaner water to their pets.It also reduces the chance of growing algae in the container, and makes pet easier to drinking from the dropping water.

#How much water my dog drinks a day?
According to online research, you dog may need 30-50ml water per kilo of body weight per day. ie. if you dog weighs 5kg, then 150 -250ml water is needed per day. So to be safe, this container may supply up to 10 days of water for a 5kg dog.(2400ml total divided by 250ml per day). This is for reference only. If you leave your dog unattended, please supply enough water.

#How safe it is for my pet?
The power supply/wall charger only supply 5V and small current to the fountain, so the risk is minimum or no risk at all, as mobile phones sometimes uses more powerful chargers,which pass stronger current through the cable.

#Leaking or water spill?
Leaking by design nature is not possible, if there is leaking, please check:
1. if the container is broken. If no signs of damage, that is probably a water spill issue.
2. if you filled too much water, and it is over the power cable exit level.

There could be water spill while pet is drinking water, but according to our experience, the level of spill is very low.

#You may need to clean the whole fountain system every 2-4 weeks, or whenever it gets dirty.The frenquency depends on:
1. How much clean is the water
2. The higher the temperature the more frequently you need to clean it
3. The more dust and debris during the use, the more frequently.

#I found black particles in the container:
1. That's the carbon residual rinsed from the filter, that is not harmfull at all.
2. Please rinse the filter before use.

#You may need to change the filter 2-4 weeks and the frequency is related to the same issues listed above for the cleaning of the product.
